Format: 5 on 5
Speed Point or Continuous play (no pull)
Substitutions on the fly (tag off near middle)
Please bring white and dark shirts.
Cost is $8/hr (includes HST). Max 24 players/session. Pre-Register on our Facebook page, otherwise first come first served after any pre-registered players.
