Cancellation Policy

 
When a field or room is booked it must be paid for prior to use to guarantee the booking.

• Please provide two weeks or more notice for a cancellation. If a person cancels a field or room booking two weeks or more before a booked date there will be no charge.
• If the cancellation is received less than two weeks before the booking date, the full fee for the field will be charged. If we are able to rebook the field, we will refund the paid cost of the field.
• This policy applies regardless of weather conditions and/or ability to arrive at the facility.
